Could also be given part venom/poison typing, but pollen usually isn't poisonous, though it may cause annoying allergies so you could argue 'close enough'. Intended to give more variety to plant moves.
'Powerful' because of the imposed condition, but might not actually be powerful in practice due to the 1.5 power making it appropriate for starter critters.
