Eels have two jaws, the tuxemon Snaki evolutionary line also has multiple heads and there is an eel tuxemon.
So if it hits 2 times, it will do 2.4 power. This is a decent middle-game move, or if we made it hit 3 times it would be a powerful endgame move with effectively 3.6 power (I'd lower the accuracy for that in that instance).
