Chimaera & Manticore Campaigns

Both versions share the same 13‑Gym League, but differ in encounter tables, version exclusives, and late‑game narrative details.

Gym League Overview

The League is distributed across six major cities, each hosting two Gyms, plus a final Heroic Gym located in a dedicated end‑game area. This structure reduces mapping workload while keeping progression clear and consistent across both campaigns.

Collecting all 13 Badges grants access to the Champion’s Tournament, replacing the traditional Elite Four.

  • Hearthrock City — Normal & Earth
*Etymology:* “Hearth” for warmth, “rock” for stability.
  • Steamshore City — Water & Fire
