Initially it was structured in the form of a co-operative federation, but the model changed. The first phase was the creation of a subsidiary called '''Greenwash'''. '''Greenwash''' was originally a center/clinic who became highly specialized in the genetic field. The rate of growth were skyrocketing and it was necessary to put this clinic under control to avoid gaining too much power. This is the first pillar. It followed the acquisition of '''Scoop''', the second pillar. Third pillar is '''Nimrod''' to which followed months later the fourth one, '''Shaft'''. The "youngest" pillar is '''Omnichannel''', which is the only internet provider in Fondent.
